Lacks professionalism. Extremely rude and immature.
I have executed 3 real-estate transactions with Scott as my agent. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable. Quite simply he tells you what he is going to do, and then does what he says. No double talk, just solid performance with outstanding results. If you are looking for an excellent agent, you have found him, Scott Partridge.
I have known Scott Partridge for many years. In fact I first contacted him from Australia where I was living to help me find a house in California when my husband and I could move. I contacted a few agents, Scott was the only one who stuck with me resulting in our buying a house from him in Murrieta. When we left Murrieta, Scott sold our house for us. I have never found Scott to be other than professional, honest, reliable, a good agent and an authentic person. I consider it a privilege to have done business with him.
Scott is a very professional and nice agent. He helped me with my first time land-purchase experience. He literally guided me through every single step with the best patience ever. He also saved me a lot of $$$!!! Not all agent would do this, but Scott really thinks about the best for his client all the time. I strongly recommend working with Scott. This had been the best choice in my first land-purchase journey.
