Great experience, provider very knowledgeable and professional in exam and diagnosis.
Dr. O’Neal was great. Kind, courteous, professional and efficient. Great personal interaction.
Definitely felt rushed throughout entire experience. He spoke like he was in hurrry and had other places to be. His diagnosis could have been googled and he just wanted me to do physical therapy rather than recommend anything on his own. Sounds like a sham to get more $$$ in PT for clinic. Plus after appointment started I was told he can only look at knee and not my ankle because they are highly specialized. I would not recommend and will be sharing this with my Primary Care doctor who made referral.
Went in about elbow pain. Dr O’Neal listened, asked questions and did a full check. He understood what I wanted to continue to do, but he was honest and very personable in his diagnosis. He is very down to earth and explained everything so I could understand. I might not have been a fan of the options, but he was giving me his best advice in either how to fix the problem or avoid future damage. He was great to work with.
