I came here for an oil change after changing out my spark plugs and ignition coils because it was about time. I got there and almost instantly was pulled in and already in the process of being taken care of. Pretty quick after starting a problem arose of my oil filter was STUCK STUCK on. After about 4 minutes though they got that sucker off and everything after went as planned. So great experience. They did a great job problem solving and just all around good job! Very nice assistant manager very well run crew. Everybody there was nice and cordial.
Staff was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. We went in on Sunday afternoon and it was pretty slow service with two technicians a little over one hour to complete the service! I have been going to take five since they have been in Lubbock .And now I have moved to Silverton I go to Plainview and I will continue to do so!!!! Rick
