Not only was the staff fantastic but Dr. Bateman was very personable. They were friendly and kind
I wish I would have had the same experience all the other reviews have said. Thought I finally found the right Dr to help me find answers for my issues. I was scheduled to have an MRI and was told they would call me in something to relax me as I am claustrophobic. Called 3 times to make sure this was to get done. I was told yes we will call it in the day before the MRI. I called the afternoon the day before the scheduled MRI and was told once again it will be done. Really good people. Start to finish I felt heard. They explained everything on a relatable basis. And were efficient and kind. I strongly recomend these good folks.
It was an absolute, wonderful experience to work with the office staff. I found them to be patient and helpful in every area of my experience. Dr Bateman was thorough in his examination and explained the issue I was having. He also had a plan for a remedy.
No concern for effects of a deviated septum and told only to take Musinex.
