My husband and I had to find an ENT elsewhere out of state because the yahoos in Billings MT don’t care to look for underlying causes. We had an appt with Dr Bateman for my husbands ear pain that he was told he needs tubes for. We got to the office and boom the lights went out. However Dr Bateman was kind enough to bring in his generators to do my husbands appt. He said husbands ears are clear and the TMJ and acid reflux are the underlying conditions for his pain. We are grateful for Dr Bateman!
Dr Bateman is very thorough and educational. He takes his time listening to your concerns. I highly recommend him.
