Dr. Musick has a great bedside manner. I for one am NOT a fan of adulting and having to establish myself with a doctor. He and his staff are professional and have a calming demeanor.
I believe he speaks about me to others practitioners and community. Didn’t believe I had an illness. You have to have trust no matter how knowledgeable or kind they seem.
As a doctor myself, I chose him to be my PMD because of his stellar reputation with the medical community. Nothing short of phenomenal he is. Super smart, friendly and compassionate. Thank you so very much!!
For years I have had neck and back pain. I have been to a bunch of doctors looking for relief. I have been lucky enough to find Dr. Musik. From my first visit he listened to me describe my issues and minutes afterward, for lack of better terms FIXED ME! If you are looking for a family doctor who cares about and listen’s to his patients, look no further than this good man. You can’t possibly go wrong with a visit to Dr. Musik!
He was friendly until I asked him for a referral he didn’t think I needed. Then he did a 180 and was demeaning and treated me like an idiot. Very unprofessional. I imagine he’d be great for people who don’t have complicated health histories, and who aren’t sensitive to meds. If you’re not that person, avoid him like the plague.
I feel like I hit the jackpot as far as practitioners go. Dr. Musick is caring, easy going, and quite funny, which is so refreshing since I’m generally in a lot of pain when I see or talk with him. He’s up to date with all the new medications for migraine- which is rare for a GP, extremely knowledgeable, and all around better than most Neurologists I’ve seen over the years. Friendly office staff and nurses that immediately get back to you with your concerns. Super appreciative to have him as my provider.
Had follow up to fasting blood tests and Dr.scott showed genuine excitement for my results at 71 yrs.age. That made me feel really good about my lifestyle.Dr.Scott is awesome and I envision being under his care for many years.
The front office people are all very nice. Wait time between checking in and seeing the doctor was maybe 10 minutes. Dr. Musick has a great bedside manner and sense of humor. I am pleased to finally have a primary care physician that I feel is listening to me. Very refreshing experience after dealing with Mercy for the past several years.
