We were in the process of making some minor changes to a will, POS, and HCD that was originally done by Scott. Very disappointed with this experience. When this was under Scott it was an excellent firm, great customer experience and very nice to work with. Now you have to do everything over zoom which, fine, I get - but it is very impersonal.
