Hi, yesterday (2/10/24) I tried out Scott Miller's new Skin Ceticals brightening facial. I have enjoyed the Environ Facial and have loved it but in the winter I wanted to see how this facial bought out my glow. I booked as always with Christine love her facials because she also does the most wonderful face, neck and back massage using the best oils. salon I have been reading the reviews of Scott Miller salon. I have to tell you that yes they are a little pricy but I have a gal that does my facials and she is TEREFFIC. I have done a message as well as a predicure and reflexolgy. I have not found any one person at that salon to be rude, not take there time or introduce themselves upon your visit. Groupon Gone Wrong I purchased a Groupon for this salon for a pedicure and made an appointment. Unfortunately, I needed to change the appointment and was told that I could not... they sold too many Groupons and couldn't accommodate me. It seems to me they should have limited their sales based on how many they could accomodate prior to the expiration. Poor planning. Best Salon I have been going to Scott Miller for over 2 years now and I have been extremely happy every time. Scott Miller is more expensive then other places, but with that price you get a calm atmosphere, a great haircut, and other services. They also have a very nice website to look at all the products and prices.
Good quality, high price I've been to the Scott Miller salon for a haircut a few times and have been overall satisfied with the results. Definitely not the best haircut I have ever had, but definitely one of the best in Rochester. The only down-side is the price. Might be a good place to go if you are making a drastic change in hairstyle, or want some good styling tips, but if you are just in need of a trim here and there, it might not be worth it.

Obscenely bad customer service I tried Scott Miller's model program nearly 10 years ago, with the promise that, although the stylists were new, they had trainers who were spectacular and would ensure everything would be great - regardless. Scott Miller Salon & Spa is way too pricey As much as I tried to like this salon, I have to say I'm taking some of my business elsewhere. While I love my colorist, putting up with a third price increase in a little over a year is just too much. I've also noticed the color doesnt seem to last, I've resorted to home touchups for the gray showing at 3 weeks. Overpriced and Overblown I started going to Scott Miller back when they were in Fairport. I was a customer for years. I loved my stylist, who eventually opened his own salon in Penfield. After college, I went back to Scott Miller. Then they built the new salon in Pittsford and everything changed. Their opinion of themselves is vastly overblown. The staff became rude and almost surly.
