Very professional and polite.
My appointment was with Dr. Mason. I am so happy and thrilled with his approach to help me to get out of pain. He has a great chairside manner and listens. I am overwhelmed with my new Pain and Spine care practice.
Bedside manner is very poor. Aggressive procedure pusher. Offered no pain resolutions outside of procedures. I do not recommend.
Nice n friendly staff. Dr Masson was concerning n great to work with. Instead ov setting up another appointment the following week, Dr Masson was able to shuffle around n go on with his procedure the day ov... saving me another appointment, drive, n miss time at work. Very professional. I give a thumbs up... thank you Dr Masson n staff.
Very knowledgeable and great “bed side manner”. I felt very comfortable with him. We just moved from Florida back to Georgia and was in need of a pain management doctor. I feel I made the right choice.
