I just had a terrible experience, trying to schedule an eye exam and also an appointment with the retina doctor. The person taking my call constantly talked over me. Then asked me questions about what I had just said. It was very rude and I was on the phone a long time just trying to get two appointments and understanding what I needed. The doctors should advise the receptionist or the person taking these calls to at least be respectful and not talk until the patient has finished Speaking. It was really so frustrating.

Had been wonderful in the past. I knew her when she first came out as an opthalmologist. She took care of my son when he was a toddler. Later felt as though in an assembly line.

I was a patient in Dr. Scott's center in late 2018 and had cataract surgery performed on both eyes and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I went from 20:400 eyes to 20:20 in both eyes. Not only that but nearly all my astigmatism was corrected. Clearly a gifted surgeon. I no longer have to wear glasses for the first time in over 40 years and my night vision is dramatically better.
