I moved my Aunt, Wanda Thomas out of Scott Manor ll because she had a stroke and had to bet put under 24hr care. I done all of my due diligence of cleaning the apt thoroughly. Also maintaining constant communication with Shafonda (Mgr) on our every move. 1. Prorated Deposit refund roughly $420 which she stated that she would take care of it. Nice building. But they need to inform you of all the details that you might need like they except section 8.
I was looking for an apartment that had access to elevators, a community room with computers, and an exercise room. They had exactly what I was looking for. When I move in, I will be so happy 😊
