I have done business with Scott Management for over 15 years. I have been extremely impressed with their commitment to upgrade their apartment homes with modern highly efficient LED lighting products. Greener communities save residents money on their utility bills and help reduce the load on the electric grid. Do NOT live at any of these properties. They may be reasonably priced for the area but that is because they will take advantage of you! Communities are dirty, not well managed and completely negligent of their residents. The property manager at Lloyd Aparrments is so spineless and refuses to help with real issues in the communities and allows people who don’t live here to use the facilities, BREAK THEM and harass residents who live here. Only good things to say... Always responsive and I feel cared for. Thank you.
They represent DC properties that are not to code. I got locked in do to fault lock. The fire Dept had to get me out. The hinges are inside the drywall so the door could not be removed. There was no space between the door knob and the wall. They might not be the slum lord but they definitely represent them.
