Stay away from this doctor!!!!! I was absolutely horrified by the way I was treated. I have never experienced such rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior from a healthcare provider. I left the appointment feeling shaken, upset, and extremely uncomfortable. As a patient, I believe I should be able to ask reasonable questions about my care without being treated with disrespect. I saw Dr. Whitney earlier this year for chronic pain my feet and ankles from over-pronation right before I left for a long-term travel that would find me walking/hiking many, many miles a day. After a few minutes examining my feet and standing position, he recommended store-bought insoles, which I bought. Fast forward to last week at a podiatrist's office in Australia.
