Love love love Dr. ODonnell. My son is going to be 27 and still recommend him to everyone I can. We went to hom with a very complicated history. When he was stumped I told him what I thought was the issue as I had done a TON of research. He admitted he wasn't sure what the condition was but read through the paperwork I brought. Dr. ODonnell is awesome. We started taking my son to him and he was really having a hard time. In the two days after our first appointment with Dr. O’Donnell, I spoke to him 5 times on the phone with one call being almost an hour. Usually you are lucky if an actual doctor will call you bask. I could tell he was really invested in helping us and really trouble shooting the situation. He also has a very calming tone when talking to my son. I am so grateful we found him. Our 3-year-old son was very nervous to meet a new doctor. Dr. O'Donnell did a masterful job connecting with him and guiding him through the checkup process with warmth and humor. He put our son completely at ease. Dr. O'Donnell also shared words of encouragement and support, reassuring us about the job we were doing as parents. Although we were fortunate our son was in fine health at the time of his visit, my wife and I feel confident Dr. O'Donnell would be the right doctor to go to should he ever get sick. Very long wait every single time when having a visit, even if your kids are sick and suffering. He just doesn’t care and acts like the patents are obligated to wait .. I will not recommend this pediatrician
Dr. ODonnell is absolutely wonderful. He sees both my pre-teen son and my 6 month old. My 6 month old was born premature and has some issues with breathing and digesting after being off all of his devices. Dr. ODonnell never made me feel rushed and was very empathetic, reassuring and understanding. Only regret is that we didn't find a doctor like him sooner.
