Did this cardiologist answer all of your questions? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did this provider rush your appointment? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? I was annoyed as soon as I met the doctor due to his blatant rudeness. He was so egotistical and seemed to feel that I was too stupid to even understand anything he could tell me, so therefore he did not explain anything. My questions were treated as not worthy of being explained. HIs office staff reflects his attitude. His supercilious condescending attitude and inability to listen to my concerns made me vow that I would not go to him ever again.
