Dr. Kagan is truly one of a kind. He is thoughtful, caring, and has excellent bedside manners, always making me feel comfortable and heard during my visits. He takes the time to explain everything and always has an answer, which gives me so much reassurance. I genuinely appreciate him and feel very grateful to have him as my doctor.
Dr Kagan is one of the best OBGYN out there, he truly takes time to listen, he genuinely cares about his patients. Wish I could give more than 5 stars probably one of the best dr I have ever had
