I thought that this lawyer collecting over 300$ for a consult he’d be the best around, but all I got was empty answers and ideas. I researched a ton of things to ask and that can be done before being POA for my mom , but he didn’t even give it a chance. Also want very friendly or comfortable. He complained that I had some family members attend the consult as well. My mother even felt so uncomfortable that she walked out on him. This should had been a free consult with the attitude we were given. Thanks for nothing..

Please think twice before using this firm. My grandparents hired Scott when they moved to Seabreeze at Lacey, hoping he could guide them with elder estate planning. At the beginning, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He prepared their documents and promised that, when the time came, he would be there to support their loved ones. Scott, set up a time with us ( wife and I) for an elder care consultation. My mom was not in one of the counties he services, so he told us to find someone where she was for legally they are all different. He did not charge and was extremely kind and attentive.I would recommend him for his honesty alone!

Completly shut down a sale of a property over a homestead rebate that does not exists and, if it should become available, I would legally not be allowed to claim.
