Dr. Desman and his staff are great.
Dr Desman is very professional and caring. He explains everything and always asks if you have any questions or concerns. He has done my knee surgery and I would recommend him to anyone.
I went to the office due to an ankle fracture. I took the time to ask the office prior to my visit if my insurance was accepted by this office. Unfortunately they did not inform me correctly. I was advised of this when I was seen by the Dr and of course I was charged for the visit which should not have taken place. Very frustrated that the staff did not inform me prior to me making the physical effort considering my fractured ankle A. Castellanos
