I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done from broken ankle, multiple tendons and ligament tear. He did a fantastic job and would definitely recommend.
They don’t deserve one star. It took me 8 weeks to get a brace. The first time he fitted it was extremely uncomfortable but he told me to take it home and wear it for two weeks. I took it back sooner which seemed to irritate him and his helper Carrie. It took almost three weeks for an adjustment to be made. Carrie handed me the brace while in the waiting area to fit it myself. She told me I owed them $350 and I told her I couldn’t pay for it if it wasn’t functional. Friendly, fast and thorough! Great doctor. They got me in immediately even being a new patient. I had 2 cracked bones and bad tendinitis. I needed a quick visit and they took care of me.
Dr. Cohen is a good doctor but his assistant Kerry treats patients like she is running the office, she is estremely rude, she does not listen and makes assumptions on the patients needs to see the doctor like she is a doctor herself, and she is not qualified for that. Is just dissaponting for a good doctor to have an assistant like her. She makes it impossible to schedule an urgent appointment. It doesn't do any good to have an specialist if he is not able to see a patient when urgent.
