We left with this practice in 2014 after a deployment returned a few months back and when trying to get children in they denied us do to an undisclosed policy of no returning. Totally unprofessionally never called back I had to play secretary and call during my work day to try and get an answer as to why. Guess what no real reason except we don’t accept return clients.

The lady at the front desk really shouldn't be working as a medical desk receptionist. She seems very unprofessional. I could feel her uncomfortable death glare on me during my last visit with my son while the male receptionist was scheduling my next appointment in a very proffessional manner. It was very uncomfortable having her stare at me in that way. Also, I called the nurses station and left a message to have someone give me a call back in regards to my son's slight fever. Never got a call
