Gutter improperly installed and water runs into windows well. Water leaks into cold storage.
I regret to say after owning my home for barely 2 years I discovered the shower pan in the master bathroom was installed incorrectly and it started to leak water into my basement that has been dry walled. I am one of those people that is afraid of water damage and also make sure to caulk edges were water can possibly get in and even though that was done I discovered that it is nothing I can repair without tearing away the tile and reinstalling the membrane in the shower pan. Don’t waste your time with these people, you’ll only get frustration. We’ve had several quality issues over the course of being in our new home for nearly two years. Sections of our driveway have sunk over two inches already. Our neighbors who watched them pour the concrete confirmed that they didn’t pack it properly before they poured. This company is cheap and dishonest. They only build things to last for the first year.
Two of my clients recently built with Scott Lindsay Construction. These guys are definitely top notch! The experience from start to finish was exceptional. They have the building process down and everything moved smoothly, from their design center to final walk-thru. Our questions were always answered timely and both my clients closed on their homes a month early!
