In addition to what you would expect from a real estate agent, he went above and beyond in helping prepare my somewhat neglected house for sale - recommending service providers and helping communicate with those providers to make sure they got it right. From start to finish he provided absolutely superb service both in advising us on the overall strategy for sale, as well as actual improvements to the property.
