I had surgery performed by Dr. Kay last year to remove benign tumors. Although he did not have the best “bedside manner”, he was very knowledgeable and experienced and thus, I tolerated the lack of professionalism that I would expect from a physician. However at my follow-up visits, I felt he was completely dismissive and condescending to the point of rudeness.
