Would have been very nice if they had filled our Purchase Order we faxed to them on October 3rd for products we desperately needed. Contacted early Friday Oct 13 and they could not find the faxed PO we sent. We have confirmation on our end it was received on Oct 3rd. Re-faxed the PO with the order to them and to attn of Carry. Called and she got the fax doesn't know what happened to the earlier faxed PO. Will ship Monday. MONDAY?? Why not Friday?? We did out part. and I trusted them to ship these much needed items. Monday??
