Fantastic experience with Dr. Thiele and also with Ricardo!
On 11/12/16 I came here for a routine eye exam. I understand as a business owner Saturday's are the busiest day of the week. That being said there is no excuse for being rude or making the patient feel incompetent for not knowing there exact contact lense prescription and manufacturer. Is that not the doctors job to help the patient find the contacts that best fits there needs and to not talk down to them.
