I’ve been going to Dr. Mighell for many years. I trust him completely and think he is very competent. He and his staff are very kind and respectful. I trust all of them 100% and hope he practices medicine in Bossier for many years to come.

I think he's a very intelligent doctor, but his head nurse will make you not want to see him... my mother has a brain tumor so I knew I'd be spending nights at the hospital so I called to see if the could calll me in 5 nights worth of sleep aid she sounded very rude and said he's not going to give you anything about an hour later one of his nice nurses called and said they called it in so don't let the desk nurse intimidate you I almost said forget it glad I didn't listen to her! He is wonderfu!
