Horrible service, After calling and cancelling my second appointment for switching to a new doctor, I got another call from the office asking why I haven't showed up! Get organized and keep track of your patients! The visit overall was very unprofessional and on top of that they sent me bills asking for a copay after I already paid with my debit card at the time of service!!! Had to be on hold and got the run around for an hour between the office and my insurance for an "error in their system"?! Do not recommend whatsoever.

TWICE FAILED TO AUTHORIZE MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE MY PHARMACY. RAN OUT OF MEDS FOR A DAY OR TWO. PHARMACY REQUESTS SENT TO HIS OFFICE WAS UNATTENDED FOR THREE DAYS. DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. REPETITIVELY A FAILURE AND INEFFICIENT.
