went in as a new patient - first impression, you can tell Dr. Busch cares about the overall wellbeing of his patients, and if there's a long wait at the office, it's probably because he's actually spending the time he gets paid for addressing the needs of his patients. I'm extremely picky when it comes to people, especially doctors, and I'll gladly be returning when I need help with my ENT issues. Thanks!
