I cannot begin to express my frustration with Scott and Lisa Kinsler. We had provided them with our Blue Prints and a typed out Needs/Wants list for our home. They provided us a competitive price, we took off work and flew down to meet Scott at our property. Everything seemed fine at the meeting, we were just waiting for him to line up all the contractors and give us a start date. 2.5 weeks later he calls and says the price is going to be more than $100,000 more than what he quoted because of our needs/wants list. Amazing builder with high quality knowledge and professionalism.
Our custom home in Jefferson County was built by Scott Kinsler Construction in 2016. The entire process went very smoothly and there were no significant issues. Several experts such as building inspectors and other contractors went out of their way to tell us what a great quality build we had. Kinsler Construction had gone above and beyond all the usual requirements. The cabinet installer even mentioned this was the least amount of shims he'd ever used because the walls were so straight!
