Been here twice for service on a 2023 K5 GT (highest trim) purchased in Newport News, VA. First experience as a Kia customer was when I bought the vehicle. The sales team at that dealership (Newport News, VA) was horrible. A year later moved back to PA, and Scott Kia was being built. I had no where to go just did service myself when I had time. I went in to take a test drive and went home with a car. My salesman Nate made sure I understood the car’s exterior and interior items. He and Bob Norton , the Sales Manager made sure we knew about the finance specials and got us a price that we wanted. Mike Spillnan the F& I manager made the signing process fast and unstressful. Our experience at Scott Kia of Limerick was amazing and we will remember it when looking for cars in the future.
Great dealership to go to if you dont care about your money! $145 for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Parts on the price break down is $60 for the oil and then a $70 labor charge? What a joke. Not to mention the “complimentary car wash” only just left streaks and made the car look worse than it did dirty. Only giving 2 stars cause staff is nice but pricing is insane. Do yourselves a favor and go to kia in colmar where oil changes are $80
Walked in with little expectations, walked out after only a short time a happy excited customer Mike is great at his job!
