Quite unfortunate that Scott KIA struggles to create a positive customer experience. We've been having severe CarPlay and infotainment connectivity issues to the point where it's unusable. We were told on two separate occasions after having our car in that "the update failed" when they tried to update the software. After several phone calls, warranty claims, and with ZERO help from any of the advisors, I took it upon myself to try and fix the problem. Excellent service department. Welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Drive in and out of garage yourself-no searching for your car or bad weather to deal with. Wonderful shuttle service with a very careful driver . :-) Nice waiting area with delicious coffee and snacks, work stations, chargers, and big screen TV. Very clean facility and well-run business. Highly recommend and thank you.
EDIT 7JUL26. Kia is a joke. I will no longer buy a car from Kia and this dealership went to crap. Their service manager sucks; he doesn't know where his people are or his parts guys. My car is falling apart a 2023 KIA K5 GT and he just says you're out of warranty as equipment fails as soon as the warranty ends. Motor mount failure, head unit failure, now I have transmission problems. I'm done with Kia. I am trading this car in to Subaru or VW. Kia lost my business forever. They don't honor anything. The WORST dealership ever..... my Kia with 18,000 miles sat there for over 80 days till they figured it out... zero communication from there unless I physically showed up at the dealership. Multiple calls and text went unanswered. Even talked to sales department who promised to call me back numerous times and crickets. The absolute WORST place. I wouldn't even take my kids plastic car to this place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! UPDATE: they never reached out like the claim they would shocker. Avoid it!
Once a deal was made, took 2 times to come to our terms, everything went smooth, Mike Mizas along with the rest of the crew were great. Other than the "cleaners" the dealership is A+.
