The doctor is actually really helpfup and doesn't run away when you start asking questions. The front office staff is pretty unpleasant. They are more like customer service and do not really really treat you like a patient. A for Doctor Scott, but C- for the office staff. The nurses are great. Their new building does not afford enough space nor does it allow for privacy when the office staff demands all your personal info in front of the other patients waiting right behind.
