After 4 appointments, nurse Williams asked me what I want to do. I am in extreme pain and have received NO RELIEF. At my last appointment, she told me I was angry because I would not agree to move forward with shots in my joints. I told her, I need to know WHY I have pain and visible indication of unusual marks on elbow, and chest. At my age, it is not strange to find spinel issues. Bruce, PA, "treated" me. I ended up leaving practice. Front receptionist extremely rude. Very uncomfortable for patient who is in genuine pain. Accused me of something unheard of & never provided proof. I'll never go back!
Excellent patient care, effective medical procedure.
Dr, Chaney is always willing to squeeze me in whenever I need it, and the care is always great.
