Years ago we switched to Dr. Owens' office. At our previous dentist, when it was near the end of the year and our insurance might have run out, and we could have waited to schedule procedures in the new year, they kept making the mistake of saying "sure, go ahead, you have plenty left from your insurance to cover this."
