I had horrible experience at this place, I booked highlights with Jelissa. She was so rude and mean, I don’t think she knows what is customer service is, I never been treated with such disrespect at any salon! She started to do my highlights and when I complained that it’s too tight and hurting me she refused to loosen foils and said that the way she doing it and she is not going to change it.
