These bad reviews are correct do not do business with these crooks & do not take any rentals from them or be ready for a big chunk of your money gone from your deposit, they just make excuses to cut the deposit & cleaning fee even if you are giving the place as it was given.
Very rude and inconsiderate owners. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had in trying to have basic communication with management, which is saying a lot.
I don't believe they own that many apartment complexes, there are many other choices you could make besides anything at all owned by Scott Management.
Jeff from Scott Investments is exceptionally unprofessional, has poor communication skills and does less than the bare minimum in all areas. The management will also lie and directly steal money from your deposit for reasons unrelated to the condition you leave your apartment in. We were told we don't need to pay for additional cleaning after the apartment walkthrough because our place was so clean and we had lived there for 2 years but they later decided to take $600 out of our deposit for cleaning fees that were completely... read more
