Very disappointed. We hired Scott to sell our home. We were very unhappy with the level of service and support. Subsequently, we interviewed other agents who offered to do a lot more to help us sell our house. We asked Scott to end our contract. Initially he agreed, but then broke his promise and refused to let us out of the contract. His lawyer got involved and refused to allow us to even communicate with our realtor while still refusing to allow us out of the contract so we can hire a different realtor to help us. Scott and their team did a great job with the prep work before the house went up for sale. The photos and the brochure were great! The house also sold in ten days for the asking price, and Scott was able to push out the closing date, so we were able to move into our cabin while we wait for our new house to be completed.
