Wow, if I could give zero stars I would . RUN!! He works for an LLC , 47 Hartford in Palm Springs area ,who takes advantage of buyers who buy in the Menifee/ Sun City area. Still waiting for my AC report which by law he is legally required to give. We have been in our house for a month and it has been one thing after another. The weekend we moved in plumbing backed up and we could not use the bathrooms or shower for 5 days. .
