Husband is dreadfully afraid of the dentist and this Dr is gentle and patient and tried to work with you on prices. Best dentist I have ever met.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this dental office. Their unprofessionalism and hostility were shocking. When I tried to reschedule my appointment due to me being sick, I was met with rudeness and, to my disbelief, they actually hung up on me. After calling back, I was yelled at by the manager, who seemed more interested in arguing than helping.
