Husband is dreadfully afraid of the dentist and this Dr is gentle and patient and tried to work with you on prices. Best dentist I have ever met.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this dental office. Their unprofessionalism and hostility were shocking. When I tried to reschedule my appointment due to me being sick, I was met with rudeness and, to my disbelief, they actually hung up on me. After calling back, I was yelled at by the manager, who seemed more interested in arguing than helping. This office is amazing! Best experience always and I have had many dental issues. Dr. Horovitz and his staff are top-notch and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them and will not see any other dental office because there is no comparison!
