The inspectors and staff at Scott Home Services are very professional.
After a year of home ownership after a $1000+ inspection I can confidently say I would never use their services again. The most expensive is not always the best. If you want a honest inspection take your money elsewhere. UPDATE: They never followed up with me and I just keep finding huge misses. The inspection of my electrical panel basically says go get a competent inspector to look see if this is good. I dont know much but I dont think a double tapped 50A 240v breaker is to code. Jake did a fantastic job on my pre-drywall inspection. I am very happy with the thoroughness and clarity of the online inspection report, it was detailed and easy to understand. The inspection gave me confidence in the in the construction and in the builder. Now I can enjoy the rest of the process. Highly recommend Jake's work and will be seeing him again for the final inspection and the warranty inspection. Thank you
