We gave Diana Rahdert a huge list of things we wanted in a home, and from those criteria, Diana produced a weekly list of homes that she thought fit those criteria, along with an explanation of why she thought they fit. Those lists were extremely helpful to us. Then, when we received a less than desirable appraisal for a home we wanted to purchase, Diana went the extra mile for us and sent a letter to our lender addressing point for point where she felt the appraisal was inadequate. We hired Drew a year ago to sell our land. Big mistake. Turned down a good offer the first month at his direction. He was extremely disrespectful and interrupted us when we brought up concerns. We couldn’t get a word in. He set the price for the property then accused us of being way too high! He accused us of not wanting to put money into the property. It’s a cherry orchard. ???
