Cecil is very friendly and excellent at troubleshooting and repairing heating and cooling.
Set up a time to get central air didn’t keep he’s Time did’nt bother him for a whole day and a half Finally called him told him I wasn’t very happy Then he hung up on me so I think I’m gonna report it to the Better Business Bureau very rude and not honest with his word.
Cecil made sure our A/C system was repaired on a very hot 4th of July weekend, and was fair and honest. I called him because he knows what he is doing and has treated us right in the past. He will continue to be my first call.
Amazing service!! I will keep Cecil as my HVAC person from this point on. Up front and honest. Works very quickly and quality is top notch. Very knowledgeable and will inform you if you have any questions. If I could leave 10 stars I would!! 🤘🤘
