I don’t think I can praise Hedir at Ciocca Kia enough. He was honest, transparent, and truly worked with me on what I needed while listening to my concerns. He put me into the best model possible at the best deal and I couldn’t be more thankful!
Update 6/26. I still love Frank B in sales, but the service dept is the worst I have ever encountered at any car dealership in my life. Back in september or october 2025 my wife drove all the way from Deal to Ewing for a service for which we had an appointment. She was told that they had no record of it. There is no kind of communication here and nobody seems to know what is going on. You can wait for 20 minutes sometimes before anyone even acknowledges your presence.
