New update I received a call yesterday asking if I wanted to schedule service with them! I laughed and asked if they were joking. The woman on the phone was confused I explained the whole situation and said I still to this day have not heard from anyone from your dealer ship. All they keep saying well thatās not the Ciocca way. The Kia service department is not professional & the mechanics they have working are not equipped. I went in for a oil change & tire rotation on my 2024 Kia and after complete i drove off before fully getting on olden my car was shaking & making noise. I was told the technician didnt tighten the bolts.Ā
