I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this dealership, and this most recent visit confirmed a pattern of poor service and lack of accountability. During my latest service, my vehicle’s window was in good condition at drop-off (as reflected in the inspection report), but when I picked it up, there was visible damage that was not there before. Family members drove an hour to a scheduled appointment to see a specific vehicle. They were told the vehicle was "sold 5 minutes before you got here." Coincidence or a crappy way to reel in customers? You will never get their business, or ours, after such a stunt.

I bought a brand new car in Ciocca Kia in Ewing NJ in September 2025 and they did not give me my spare key bit promised it would be delivered soon. I kept contact with the salesman for months and he never had a date to inform me and kept saying he would check. In February I decided to contact the General Manager, listed in their website. He promptly responded me saying he would verify and it has now been 3 weeks without answer again. I already had problems where I needed the spare key and could not count on it. Terrible service experience - ghosted for days. If you value your time and want to actually speak to the people working on your car, go elsewhere. My vehicle was dropped off Tuesday for a flat tire. After 48 hours of silence, they finally looked at it on Thursday and sent over an invoice and video showing need for major repairs without calling to discuss the findings or options. ​The communication at Ciocca Kia is non-existent. Complete and utter waste of time. Called ahead and gave all the details; sales guy claims to talk to his manager and says definitely come in based on my final asking price. Manager at the lot didn’t speak to him and has no idea why this price would have been worth me coming in. What a horrible way to do business! Never coming here again and telling everyone to stay away.
