Haden is a very nice person. He handled my situation nicely. He got me a nice car for a nice price. I recommend when you go to Kia on Olden Avenue to get him to work on your purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! We bought a Kia K5 in 2021 from this dealer and bought additional warranties for the car. There has been issues with one of the headlights since we have had the car and brought it in multiple times to be fixed. Thankfully, this has been covered under one of the warranties. I strongly recommend finding a more reliable dealership. My experience here has been extremely disappointing and concerning, particularly regarding customer service and warranty practices. For nearly two years, I attempted to contact this dealership on multiple occasions to speak with a manager about my warranty before coming in. This dealership is great at getting you in the door, but the experience falls apart after the sale. They failed to pay off my trade-in on time, which resulted in me getting a late payment notice which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, it took over a month (and still sorting out as I write this review - car was purchased within the first week of Feb) to sort out my registration because they repeatedly “missed” required paperwork on their end, requiring multiple follow-ups and signatures. I come to Ciocca Kia for service because I thought they would stand by their product and service. I haven’t had any issues for the past 3 years with Ciocca. This first issue I assumed everything would be taken care of in a smooth and respectful manner, sadly it did not. Devon Smith a technician at Ciocca broke my partners glovebox on 11/17/2025. During that service on the 17th I had Ciocca change the spark plugs and an oil change. The oil change meter was not reset so it still said I needed one. The glovebox was slamming dow... read more
