Still No Title or Registration – Months After Purchase I purchased a Toyota Sienna LE 2022 from this dealership months ago, and to this day, I still have not received the title or proper registration. Worst customer service i ever experienced. Try to reach for 3 days no one is responding to me. I left my car for service there is no update on my vehicle status. No direct number for service department and no is there to pick up. I reached out to showroom as well staff and manager there also dont not details and not helping me. Im strucked without vehicle for 3 days.
Salesman Frankie Barrientos was hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Everyone knows the struggle when it comes to buying a car but Frankie was the total opposite of that. Frankie was super professional, very approachable, and very straightforward. He didn’t try to play games or anything like that. He was fully willing to negotiate pricing remotely so that when I came to pick up the car, most of the process was already done.
