I’ve lived at Scott Gardens/Meridian Apartments for many years, through multiple management changes, and the current team is by far the worst I’ve experienced. Since the new management took over, the care and respect for residents have completely disappeared. Management has made nasty comments and even said that anyone with a washer or dryer will not have maintenance requests fulfilled — which is completely unprofessional. It has been a month and everyday there has been no heat. The heat is set to 60 degrees and in this freezing weather, how can anyone live in this cold? There’s also no hot water, it comes and then it goes away. Now, I’m not even sure who to go ask for help. When I go to the manager of the apartment, he says to go to the mechanics office. When I go to the mechanics office, they say to go to the manager.
