I don’t usually write reviews, but credit should be given where it’s deserved! I have to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance team, our new Superintendent, and especially our Regional Supervisor, Dan. You can actually see the difference around our townhouse community. Things are cleaner, nicer, and it’s obvious that people are taking pride in making this a great place to live. Dan has been awesome. There are definitely some things that can be a lot better around here but I want to especially thank Lewis from maintenance for his support and consistent responses with urgency even if it means going out of his way entirely to help out. He is always friendly and willing to make something right. Thanks for always coming through and making my experience here that much better.
