Doctor is good, his office is inept. They don't answer requests for prescription refills to either the patient or the pharmacy. Multiple times I have called and requested a refill and it has never been answered. Even visiting the office has given me little to no hope of ever getting a needed prescription.
The insurance company recommended re-filing a claim under a different code that would more than likely be 100% covered by my policy. They refuse to re-file the claim and want to bill me 100% for the visit. Find someone else that actually wants to work with your insurance company instead of this office that is only interested in ripping you off.
