Poor communications. Waited several weeks for an appointment. When I arrived at this office I was asked what my insurance was prior to being asked who I was. I was then informed by the person at the desk that they had contacted my normal eye doc and told them that they were canceling my appointment because they did not take my health insurance. I am still questioning why you would contact a referring doctors office to cancel an appointment rather than calling the patient directly, who by the way was called a week and a half ... read more
