I have been a patient of Dr. Flugman for a few years. I had a cyst on my left check. I had to point it out to him. He did not notice which should have been my first clue. I last saw him in March. I said the cyst was getting bigger. He said to leave it alone and put MAKEUP on it. I unfortunately took his advice and left it alone. It became infected at the end of June. Dr Flugman talked me into ultherapy, a skin tightening treatment that did not work under my chin because he said I gained weight. I was neither weighed before or after the treatment. He used this excuse to take my money and not be accountable for an unsuccessful treatment. It is disgusting how he blames his patient, not to mention how he insults his patients physically and mentally. He also burned my daughter 4 times with laser hair removal and did not acknowledge or showed concern.

This office either is not aware their receptionist is compassionless or she reflects their way of viewing patients. I called and said I have what may be a tick lodged in my back or a bad bite, don't feel well and just moved from Massachusetts. My insurance company listed Dr. Flugman. She said they are not booking until December then incredulously said, "I don't know if that helps you or not!" Huh? I said you know that doesn't help me right? She said, "I don't know." I think she knows.
