I won’t ever go back! Olivia was so RUDE to me because I had to change my appointment - which I had always called in ample time. I only went there because a friend recommended Dr Fleming and now he sold his practice. Please train your nasty rude receptionist Olivia! She threaten me to charge me if I had any further changes on my appointments……she is AWFUL I will find another dentist. Never again
I can’t say enough positive things about windward parkway dental. Dr Hammond and his whole team are professional from start to finish. I forgot to bring my insurance information and the team was very helpful in getting everything squared away. Dr Hammonds bedside manner is great and makes you feel at ease, and I never feel like I’m being upsold on any work I don’t need.
This dental practice appears to require full cash payment upfront and does not assist with filing insurance claims. I called my insurance and was told by them that my claims never been filed since the beginning of 2025 even though I have had a few visits with this practice. I do not recommend this office for your dental care, there are plenty of good ones in near by area.
