I did not buy my ElectraGlide from your dealerships.yet I had a problem with it.Took it to BlueRidge HD.and they treated me with respect and handled my outside warranty and fixed my bike in a timely manner.Thanks to Eric the Service Manager. And Shane the Parts Manager.The whole staff are great.They represent the true meaning of the cream of dealerships. .
they rebuilt my motor 3 times and still xant get it right .. it runs bad and they put the wrong pistons in it the secound time the rebuilt it the tech told me .. now the gm gill wont talk to me about fixing there mess up ive been trying to talk to scott fisher but the ladys at the scott fisher enterprizes wont let me.. they were paid to fix it but havent .... new name how they have a better buiness practices...
The HR department is seriously flawed. Britney marsh has a biased opinion on people and demographic. They need to clean house and start fresh with people who are looking to better the work force.
No respect for the flag of the country who's product you sell and operate in means no business for you.
