Booked a gas boiler service. Engineer (Duncan) turned up on time and did a thorough job. Explained what he had done and what to keep an eye on. Super tidy. We have used Scott Findlay Plumbing a number of times now and they are very reliable. Highly recommended.
Ryan attended and was very friendly and professional - even wore shoe covers in the house! - and completed the work quickly. We've been a customer of Scott Findlay for years and always find the same excellent standards of service.
My boiler had died and I had asked for someone to fix and service. Duncan arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and fixed and serviced the boiler within an hour. He was nice, polite and kept me informed. Would use their services again.
Just had my annual boiler service by Martinus another excellent job!! Won't use any other gas engineers, Scott Findlay Plumbing & heating have done quite a bit of work for us over the years and each time the standard of work has been impeccable, I have complete peace of mind.
