Excellent service from start to finish - from an initial phone call and managing to get booked in quickly for an engineer to assess a boiler fault, to getting it repaired swiftly. Both engineers were friendly and knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently, and now the boiler's back up and running! I won't hesitate to use this company again in future.
I got a new boiler installed by Scott Findlay and I am so impressed with the swift, professional, friendly and helpful service at every stage. Claire has been so helpful on the admin side and Mark did a great job on installation. Definitely recommend their services.
Saw one of their employees driving while on the phone this morning. If that's how dangerously they drive then I've absolutely no desire to see their plumbing work.
Recently has a Gas Safety certificate done by these guys and it was flawless service from start to finish. Easy to book, great communication. Very punctual and did everything they needed, and even turned the paperwork around faster than I could have hoped for. Would definitely use again.
