I'm very pleased that the issue was resolved. The engineer arrived on time and was polite, professional, and tidy in his work. He came fully prepared with all the necessary materials after coordinating with the central office through a photo exchange to identify what needed to be fixed. I can highly recommend Scott Findlay Plumbing, as the entire experience was very pleasant and convenient for me.
We recently used Scott Findlay for a routine boiler service. They were great, got the job booked in quickly and it was reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!

Lots of good reviews which is why I contacted them to do work on my rental flat. However they don't seem able to read a simple email requesting that they contact the tenant to arrange a time. It's no use contacting me I don't live at the address. I'm guessing maybe they are a new company and haven't done much work with rental properties before. I then received an email putting the blame on me and saying they couldn't be expected to 'continually chase' an appointment. They had the cheek to say this without making one attempt ... read more
