My experience with this builder quickly deteriorated after expressing initial interest in a property. While the beginning of the process seemed standard, subsequent actions raised significant concerns about their professionalism and transparency. I was very surprised and uncomfortable to learn that the builder had contacted other home builders I had mentioned, without any prior communication or consent. Less than a year old and my backyard fence is already falling apart on both ends. I made a claim and they told me and my neighbors that fences are not under the one year warranty because it was determined that it was "Installed properly"... Which obviously is not so. Then they went ahead and gave me the option to get it fixed out of pocket and they gave me the information of the exact guys that installed the fence lol... You gotta be kidding me. Yeah so they can come and do the exact same poor job twice.. no thank you.
