I chose Scott Felder, because I did allot of research between all the builders and noticed their standard features were crazy good for what you are getting at base price. Also the quality of craftsmanship is excellent! The Sales Rep was very knowledgable and actually listened to me. Another factor in my decision was meeting the construction manager who had over 20 years of experience building homes. I HIGHLY recommend using Scott Felder Homes!
